Adult Education Family Literacy Program Consortia Development Grants
Arkansas has no state-funded family literacy programs. However, the Adult Education Section of the Department of Workforce Education, in conjunction with the Arkansas Family Literacy Partnership, funded eight grants to build local consortia in communities to support the development of family literacy programs with the specific goal of bringing together existing resources to provide comprehensive, four-component family literacy services.
