• $0.00 - $20.00 add $7.00 for shipping & handling
• $20.01- $40.00 add $9.00 for shipping & handling
• $40.01- $60.00 add $12.00 for shipping & handling
• $60.01- $80.00 add $15.00 for shipping & handling
• $80.01- $100.00 add $17.00 for shipping& handling
• $100- $499.99 add 10% of merchandise total for shipping & handling
• $500 and over add 5% of merchandise total for shipping & handling
• Rush orders: add $10 for Second Day or $17 for Overnight (Next Day)

What are your shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii?

• Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must include Second Day or Next Day Service charges in addition to the standard rate listed above.

What are your shipping rates for International orders?

• International orders must add Overnight shipping rate ($17) to the standard rate listed above.

I live outside the continental United States, how will my order be shipped?

• Your order will be shipped UPS using international shipping documentation (this includes Alaska and Hawaii). Please add the Next Day Air service charge to your total to cover the additional costs. If you have additional questions please e-mail  info@famlit.org.

Are there more publications for sale that aren’t listed here?

• All of the publications and videos that NCFL sells are listed here on our Web site or on the printable order form (click here to download). If there is a video or publication you are interested in that is not listed here, you’re welcome to call our office for more information; but the products listed here are the only ones currently for sale.

Other than online ordering, how can I place an order?

Do you have an order form I can print out?

• Yes, a PDF version of our order form is available here. You can fax or mail it in with payment to the address listed above.

What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our online ordering system. To pay by check or purchase order, you also may use our online system, or print the order form and mail it with payment to the address below. If you are using a purchase order for payment, a copy must be included for your order to be processed.

Does NCFL have a return policy?

• If you ordered the wrong item you can contact our office within 10 business days of receiving your order for a return number. Returns must be received in our office within 30 business days. The item must be received in original condition and must be deemed in resalable condition for a refund to be given.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or libraries?

• NCFL is a nonprofit organization. We make every effort to keep our products affordable for a wide range of customers, and are unable to offer additional discounts for nonprofit organizations or libraries.

Do you have volume discounts?

• Yes, we do offer volume discounts. If you are interested in purchasing more than 10 copies of any of our publications or 25 copies of videos, please e-mail  info@famlit.org for rates.
