Award Information

  1. Applicant must be an existing family library program.
  2. Applications can be submitted online or sent to lavetisian@famlit.org.
  3. Applications must be submitted by program director or coordinator — someone who is familiar with the nominated program and the impact of the program on families and the community.
  4. If selected as a finalist, the program and/or program director or coordinator may be interviewed by phone during the final selection process.
  5. Applications will be accepted through March 3, 2010.
